Payment
Payment may be made by PayPal or credit card.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Please enter your credit card information on your online order form.
Alternatively, you may now pay with PayPal. Please type "PayPal" into the Cardholder Name on your order page, and we will send you an email requesting payment. You will not have to enter any credit card information on your order page.
Customer is responsible for customs charges, import duties, etc.

Shipping information
We ship worldwide.
We generally ship your order within 2 business days
We use the Express Mail Service (EMS) for shipments to International destinations.
Please note that these rates do not include any customs fees or taxes that the destination country may impose. You will be responsible for paying any such charges once your package reaches your country.
COTTON CRAFT Pooh-tan is not responsible for any such costs. Please contact your country's customs office for more information.

Return and cancellation policies
RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with everything you buy from us. If any of our products does not please you for any reason, please return it within 7 days of delivery of a shipment and we will exchange it or refund its product price. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged, we will also refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.
We do not accept returns of any item that is not in its original condition, or is damaged on your part.
Samples cannot be returned or refunded.

CANCELLATIONS
Please notify us if any cancellation within one hour of placing your order. Cancellations requested after one hour may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the yardage has already been cut. To cancel an order, please contact us via email at help@pooh-tan.com .
